Required Ingredients
For Dough
•    3 cup Flour
•    2 tsp Oil
•    1 tsp Instant Yeast
•    1 tsp Sugar
•    1/2 tsp Salt
•    1 tsp Mustard Paste (pisi hui rai)
•    Chicken (boiled and ground)
•    4 tbsp Cooking Oil
•    Salt to taste
•    4 tbsp Tomato Catchup
•    ½ cup Water

Cooking Instructions

1.    In the initial step, you have to make the pizza dough. For this, add one tsp instant yeast in about 4-5 tbsps, mix the two ingredients until the mixture becomes frothy. Leave it for about ten minutes.
2.    Now mix 3 cups flour, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl, add yeast and use warm water to make a dough. Make a loaf (roti) of this dough and leave it until it has doubled in size.
3.    Take 4 tbsps cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan and heat it.
4.    Add the chicken in a frying pan along with all the spices and fry them well.
5.    Add tomato catchup and cook it once again.
6.    Place the prepared loaf in pizza tray, spread a layer of tomato catchup, and then cooked chicken sauce.
7.    Add few pieces of fresh cheese on the top and cook it in the oven for 30 minutes.
8.    Delicious Chicken Pizza is ready.
